Jack pauses in what he's doing when his scar is touched. It's not so much the fact that his scar is being stroked but the gentleness. If he were to he honest most of the people coming to him do so to use him. They are using him as an outlet to enjoy whatever they want beyond the eyes of the cameras and thought police. It's often left him hurt. As they touch no doubt the fact that his ribs aren't all smooth, showing the signs of being broken and healing, will become apparent in his slim frame. Jack leans into Balthazar for comfort though he makes a show of doing it to run his hands down the angel's sides. However, that's all drowned out in a low gasp and Jack easily turns back to thinking about pleasuring his companion. He so often has to put aside his own thoughts and feelings and more often than not his wants too. The idea that he might get anything out of this that he wants is hopeful and intoxicating.

Jack has fangs though they are not often seen because his are bucuspids and not canines. Still he knows how to use them with just the right pressure, though he could bite harder and even draw blood if someone's kinks ran that way.
