"Who do you think sewed me up before?" Jack protests.
Jack watches him gathering things and frowns. "Don't use anything with numbing agents in it. I'm allergic."
Jack knew it made him hurt more and chalked it up to a bad reaction. In truth, it is the Anthean blood reacting to some of the human chemicals.
"I'll be fine."
