Jack is indeed laying out in a lawn chair chaise with a very frilly umbrella shading him and he is slowly sipping at a bottle of Jack Daniels. Oddly there is a rocket launcher sitting beside the chair. There is also a large white dog sitting beside him that looks curiously at the new arrival and then to its master for directions.

"It's a beautiful day to wait." He was waiting for more than Balthazar today.

Seeing the man, or rather angel, step forward he drops a leg off either side of the chaise to offer him a seat between his legs.
